Virtual Commencement Ceremony

Prescott College is pleased to invite all graduates from the May 2023 classes to a virtual commencement ceremony. This ceremony will be held on May 13, 2023 at 8:00 AM MST. Graduates will receive information in their email from Stageclip regarding the virtual graduation ceremony and their participation.

In-person Commencement Ceremony

Masters and PhD Students

Prescott College is pleased to invite all Masters and PhD graduates from the May 2023 class to an in-person commencement ceremony. This ceremony will be held on May 13, 2023
at 10:00 AM MST.

All graduates are invited with their guests to attend a celebration immediately following the ceremony. Refreshments will be served.

Address: 215 Garden St, Prescott, AZ 86305

Graduates that plan to attend in person will need to plan to be at the Prescott College Library at 9:00 AM MST. Students who choose to attend this ceremony will be given time to address their friends and family. We encourage students to spend time thinking about what they would like to say before they arrive. We will have light breakfast fare during check-in.

Doors will open to friends and family at
9:30 AM MST.

Undergraduate Students

Prescott College is pleased to invite all Undergraduate grads from the May 2023 class to an in-person commencement ceremony. This ceremony will be held on May 13, 2023
at 1:30 PM MST.

All graduates are invited with their guests to attend a celebration immediately after the ceremony. Refreshments will be served.

Students who choose to attend this ceremony will be given time to address their friends and family. We encourage students to spend time thinking about what they would like to say before they arrive.

Regalia is not required but it is encouraged for Masters and PhD students. Masters and PhD students will be hooded during the in-person ceremony by faculty members.

There is parking at and around the college. Please arrive early if you or your guest require special parking needs.

May 10-11

  • Students attending Symposium should use parking lots 1, 2, & 3

May 12

  • Employees- Use parking lots 4, 5, 6, 8 and street parking
  • Guests- Use parking lots 1, 2, & 3

May 13

  • Students and Guests with mobility concerns use parking Lots 1 & 2
  • 10 AM ceremony Students and Guests use parking lots 3, 4, 5, and Street parking
  • 1:30 PM ceremony Students and Guests use parking lots 5, 6, and street parking
  • Employees- use parking lot 8 and street parking [Shuttle]

Yavapai College and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University are also celebrating their graduation ceremonies the weekend of May 13th in addition to Mother’s Day. Please make your reservations for both restaurants and accommodations early.

COVID Protocols for Visiting Campus:

In preparation for the many events taking place during Graduation Weekend, we want to reach out and let folks know the protocols regarding COVID for our non-resident populations.

For individuals visiting campus to participate in the Graduation events and festivities, we will not be collecting proof of vaccination.  We want to remind you that as always:

  • Masks are optional indoors and outdoors on campus property
  • We ask that you stay home, get tested, and follow guidance from medical professionals should you feel unwell and/or experience symptoms associated with COVID-19.
